Mezcal Negroni cocktail recipe

What you need:

  • 30 ml (1fl oz) mezcal
  • 30ml (1fl oz) Campari
  • 1 dash Angostura bitters
  • 30ml (1lf oz) sweet vermouth
  • Round of orange peel

Pour the liquid ingredients into an ice-filled mixing glass. Stir for 20 seconds. Strain into an ice-filled double old-fashioned glass. Rub the orange peel around the rim of the glass. Serve.
