The experience of learning is now so different, with the absence of in-person interaction between child, teacher and friends. With intense live video learning to dense heavy texts to read alone - children still want and need to enjoy learning, and at DK, we want to nurture that enthusiasm as we believe in the power of discovery.

Many parents have had to become teachers overnight, and we know that it can be difficult to know where to begin. We believe that focusing on encouraging a thirst for learning and a curiosity for understanding is key, and you don’t need to be an expert on any subject to do that.

Teachers and families can access activity packs and resources which are organised by age group, utilising the content from the wealth of our publishing and covering core subjects, as well as more creative ‘hands-on’ activities to bring learning to life.
