Time: 5 minutes, plus 3 hours to freeze
Makes: 4⅓-cup (80ml) pops
1 cup (106g) powdered coconut milk
½ cup (120ml) very hot tap water
1 tbsp (15ml) lemon juice
½ tsp (.5g) dried lavender ﬂowers
4–6 fresh mint leaves
¼ cup (60ml) agave syrup
4 servings of CBD oil, but no more than 2 tsp (10ml) total
1. In a blender, combine all of the ingredients and blend until smooth and creamy, about 4 minutes.
2. Pour into ice pop moulds and insert the sticks. Place in the freezer for at least
3 hours or until fully frozen. Consume within 1 month for best ﬂavour.
