Mini Maker Faire Coding Game

Mini Maker Faire Coding Game

The My Robotic Friends game teaches the basic concepts of computer coding using just some plastic cups and printouts. Everything can be done offline — no computers needed! It's a great bookstore, school, or library event activity for kids and can even be played in a tournament-style setup with large groups.

To the right, you'll find all the printouts you need to play, as well as instructions. Be sure to have enough copies on hand for all expected attendees. Plastic cups should have arrived separately from the B&N warehouse.

For even further clarification on how the game works, watch some of our DK coders walk you through, step by step.

Now you're ready to play!
